Americol Hand Cleaner Special has been NSF certified for use as professional hand cleaner in food processing areas and plants. The product is certified for use in areas such as washrooms and dressing rooms. The NSF mark is the assurance that the product has been tested and approved by one of the most respected independent certification organizations and is globally recognized by consumers, manufacturers, retailers and regulatory agencies.
In 2017, the formulas of the hand cleaners were adjusted and the plastic microbeads were replaced with natural granules. The hand cleaners contain granules to support mild mechanical cleaning. These granules have a natural origin and are not harmful to the environment.
