Americol works exclusively with trade and distribution organizations and wholesalers.

Product Development

Americol operates its own laboratory where new and innovative products are conceived. These products incorporate the most advanced technological, dermatological, ecological and cosmetic developments in the industry.

Quality Management
Our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) guarantees an integrated quality control process.  This process begins at the start of the production cycle with the arrival of raw materials and is completed when the final product is released to the customer.

Americol is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22716 (Cosmetics-GMP) certified.

Purchasing and Inventory Management

Americol purchases and manages the inventory in-house for all raw materials, packaging materials and labels, guaranteeing an efficient production process.

Thanks to the diversity of formulas and market segments served, Americol is able to deliver various packaging lines and total product concepts.

Production

Our technologically advanced production methods ensure a flexible manufacturing process and quick service.  Each production cycle is managed by our integrated quality control process.

Filling and Packaging
Manufactured products are filled and packaged on one of twelve separate filling lines. These filling lines can accommodate various packaging from 50ml to 1000 liter. The Americol product assortment consists of more than 4,500 product/packaging combinations.

Storage and Distribution

Our distribution warehouse has a capacity for 3,000 pallet locations and is built in accordance with the PGS 15 requirements for fire, labor, and environmental safety.

The warehouse is approved for unrestricted storage of cleaning products, disinfectants, maintenance products and chemicals.

Regulatory Management

Americol operates a modern system for the management of its dangerous goods in accordance with Reach and EU-GHS/CLP requirements. This application produces safety data sheets (SDS) which are proactively distributed to its customers.

Safety Data Sheets are provided to distributors on the basis of product delivery. These documents are made available to end users via the distributors.  For all formulations, the Safety Data Sheets are available in 28 languages.

Product files and safety assessments are generated for all cosmetic formulas.  These products are dermatologically tested and approved. Quantitative exposure reports are generated for all materials. These reports evaluate the effects of dangerous goods exposure in the work place.

Americol manufactures its products according to the European Detergent Regulation and European Cosmetic Laws.  All disinfectants comply with the European Biocidal Product Regulation.

Americol is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22716 (Cosmetics-GMP) certified
